The Living Podium

In collaboration with Two and Two Interior Designers and KMH Architects.

A new development project, titled ‘The Social Domicile’ consisting of two residential towers: each having 14 floors of luxury apartments, a ground floor which is referred to as the podium, two undercover parking and service floors.

The focus for this project was to design ‘The Living Podium’ in the South Tower. This an area for people to connect and socialise. The design needed to portray an opulent lifestyle, embrace technology all while portraying a Contemporary African style.
